Michelle leads our operations team and oversees the Director’s Right Hand service, bringing over 20 years of experience across every layer of early childhood.
Her background spans educator, Director, Area Manager and Operations Manager across multiple services, giving her exceptional insight into compliance, governance and operational systems that truly work in real services.
Compliance is one of Michelle’s strengths, but her real superpower is people. And you will definitely hear her laugh from a mile away.
She has a rare ability to build teams, support leaders, and create calm, capable environments where people feel safe, heard and confident. Her nurturing nature, deep care and steady presence make her someone leaders instantly trust.

Mel is one of the quiet powerhouses behind Platinum Education Group, bringing over 25 years of experience in early childhood to her role supporting Directors and services.
She is the quiet, consistent anchor behind the scenes; carrying the administrative load that so often sits heavily on Directors’ shoulders. From compliance tasks and documentation to systems upkeep and follow-through, Mel ensures nothing slips through the cracks.
Mel understands the Director role deeply because she’s lived it. She brings a calm, non-judgemental approach and works with care, precision and integrity, creating consistency and trust where it’s needed most.
Her support gives Directors space to breathe again, knowing the details are handled properly, so they can focus on their teams, their culture and their leadership.
